Senior Account Representative, Distribution & Content Services - Asia

To be based in either our Hong Kong or Beijing offices, our Distribution & Content Services (DCS) team are currently seeking a Senior Account Representative to coordinate the creation, delivery, and retrieval of audio-visual entertainment products to support SPE's various TV, digital, and home entertainment clients across Asia Pacific, including but not limited to Free, Pay, VOD, online and EST, while adhering to established global procedures, technical specifications, and production workflows.

This will also include supervising vendor activity for Asia Pacific localization dubbing and subtitling, Asia Pacific local acquisition mastering, updating the service database, and communicating with various internal and external clients on technical and creative delivery matters.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Localization Dubbing and Subtitling. Place purchase orders for language dubbing and subtitling at various local vendors; manage localization projects from end to end;
• Censorship.
Order localized censorship screeners for various clients and/or censor boards, and oversee the whole workflow and process. Create the censor-approved alpha video alpha for servicing;
• Content Fulfilment. Review and analyse client contractual and technical requirements in order to fulfil material requirements including digital files and associated metadata packages, subtitle files, trailers, EPK's, running orders, and transmission video tapes;
• Data Entry. Maintain and update all fulfilment activity in designated SPE databases and track the delivery status of client orders;
• Client Communication. Conduct regular communication with internal and external clients. Build awareness of forthcoming deals;
• Vendor Management. Manage relevant relationships with vendors worldwide. Locally manage post-production activity with agreed vendors;
• Asset Retrieval & Reverse Distribution. Ensure successful retrieval of locally dubbed/sub-titled materials, local productions, and out-of-license broadcast materials from broadcasters or other 3rd parties.

Candidate Requirements:
• Typically as least 3 years relevant experience with a minimum 1 year in the media and entertainment industry;
• Experienced in film, audio, and video post-production process;
• Being knowledgeable in general servicing of products for international TV and digital media platforms;
• Well-versed in local regulations in regard to audio-visual content traffic;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, with fluent Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written); Knowledge of Japanese or Korean would be nice to have, but not a must;
• Possess good skills in communication and customer service;
• Proficient in computer applications, such as MS Office and Excel;
• Capable to manage deadlines;
• Good at establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients and vendors across different cultures and nationalities;
• Possession of administrative and organizational skills.
• Must have immigration permission to live and work in Hong Kong or Beijing
