The People & Organization (P&O), more commonly known as Human Resources, Strategy team at Sony Pictures oversees programs, processes and communications that align with the People & Organization vision and inform every aspect of the employee lifecycle. This team innovates on our people strategy in close collaboration with subject matter experts across P&O and supports the business with key initiatives related to diversity & inclusion, learning & development and program management. Each member of the P&O Strategy teams plays a distinct role in shaping the priorities and culture of the team as it evolves. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Manage P&O-related global and cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Engage and inform key stakeholders throughout the course of each project and into the maintenance and governance stages thereafter
• Generate project plan at onset, track progress along the way, manage communications and enforce timelines for stakeholders at every level of the organization
• Oversee the resources, budget and timing for each project
• Report and escalate challenges, critical decisions and achievements to leadership
• Partner to create and maintain employee communications related to projects/programs
• Measure performance as the project progresses and at launch

WHAT YOU HAVE:
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience
• Human Resources experience or education
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes, systems and best practices
• Experience managing projects with a wide range of global stakeholders in many departments at all levels, including senior management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, and a fast learner
• Very comfortable using all MS Office Suite Products in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain sensitive/confidential information
