Marketing Co-ordinator (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

The Role

We are looking for someone who has a demonstrable passion for marketing and the TV industry, as well having a keen creative eye and is a confident communicator. This role is suited to someone looking for their first role in the Television industry.

The Marketing Co-ordinator post will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage the marketing budget and activations for the Kids portfolio of channels in the UK. The expectation is that this role takes on individual campaign responsibility and autonomy, and has the ability to grow in stature within the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

Marketing
• Working in a support capacity for all campaigns above-the-line and below-the-line
• Helping with the ideating, defining, managing and executing campaign deliverables
• Day to day contact for picture/asset enquiries from platforms and third parties
• Liaising with production and distribution partners regarding key assets and materials including imagery, footage and copyright
• Building PCAs and case studies outlining key insights post campaign
• Tracking/sharing of best practices and competitor campaigns
• Assisting team in building presentations for key internal and external meetings
• Ordering branded merchandise and sourcing prizes
• Management of the social media content calendar

PR
• Working closely with external publicity agencies to make sure they have assets and information they require
• Production and distribution of monthly highlights to key partners and listing publications
• Drafting press releases and generating creative angles for news coverage
• Distribution of media materials
• Research for PR initiatives
• Management of special events / screenings / junkets / press opportunities

Qualifications and/or Experience Required
• Entry level role suited to someone looking for their first step into the industry
• Excellent organizational skills, use of initiative and attention to detail
