Sony Pictures Entertainment Information Technology is a very dynamic corporate division that contributes globally across the entire studio. SPE has embarked on a major Source-To-Pay (S2P) Transformation Program to optimize and streamline its S2P processes and systems to maximize the user experience. The Program operates in an Agile framework to align business operations and IT as one unified team.

The Manager, Source-To-Pay Systems Global Support Lead is a critical, hands-on position which will report to the Senior Manager, S2P Systems (within the broader IT Financial Systems department). This position will:
• Provide functional production support globally to monitor, maintain, and continuously improve SPE's Source-To-Pay (S2P) IT applications: Ariba (On Demand & On Premise), SAP ECC/S4 Procure-To-Pay, Concur, Fiori eForms, and Fieldglass integration with Ariba
• Provide strong expertise within the SAP Ariba On Demand (cloud) and Ariba On Premise platforms
• Manage a team of onshore and offshore functional support resources and constantly develop their capabilities
• Work closely with the technical Development team, designing and deploying holistic S2P systems functionality that is integrated seamlessly across the landscape.
• Possess strong communication and relationship building skills as they will work closely with our business users from both a Functional and Technical perspective in an Agile framework
• Maintain the health, compliance, and accuracy of all S2P IT systems
• Work with minimal supervision and contribute simultaneously to projects and enhancements

Position Requirements:

The candidate must have:
• 4-6 years of functional experience in Ariba On Demand (cloud) and Ariba On Premise
• 2-3 years managing a team comprised of onshore and offshore support resources
• 2-3 years working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, especially integrated with Ariba
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate their vision into effective solutions
• Desire and curiosity to rapidly learn new features, systems, and emerging technologies
• Collaborative, open-minded, and proactive mentality
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the media and entertainment industry

Position Preferences:

The candidate would ideally have:
• SAP Concur system experience
• SAP Fieldglass-Ariba On Demand functional integration knowledge
• Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment
• SAP Fiori implementation experience
• Expertise in other emerging technologies including spend analytics tools
• Previous Media and Entertainment experience
