Manager, Finance - Distribution FP&A

The Manager, Finance is a key member of the FP&A team, primarily involved in consolidation of quarterly forecasts, annual budget, multi-year plans and ultimates. This role is a key point of contact for the product owners as well as the regional finance teams around the globe. This role will also have exposure to ad hoc analysis and projects, including pushing data visualization. This person should be a driven, self-starter, who will proactively support and push the team forward.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support the coordination of the forecast cycle, including communication with all stakeholders involved alongside internal team.
• Consolidation of the financial budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year plans with a focus on revenue and contribution for distribution.
• Assist with the preparation of the monthly/quarterly CEO financial results presentations.
• Lead global reporting efforts by building on tools and dashboards developed to date
• Track and analyze Ultimates to ensure best accuracy possible for product owners
• Drive value-add analytics using qualitive and quantitative data/factors
• Streamline benchmark and valuation modeling
• Coaching and development of team members
• Drive data driven forecasting and effectively summarize large amounts of data
• Continuous processes improvement
• Liaise with accounting team to improve availability and flow of information.
• Communicate and coordinate with regional planning teams to provide home office guidance regarding corporate directives related to plan submissions.
• Support development of executive dashboards and finance systems
• Must maintain discretion while working with sensitive data.

Requirements

Experience:
• 5+ years experience
• Entertainment / Media / Television Distribution experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
