Director, P&O Transformation
People & Organization (HR) is undergoing a significant technology and process transformation. This position, under the guidance of SVP - Rewards & People Services, will play a key role in driving this effort to ensure its success. The position is accountable for program management of P&O technology and process initiatives to ensure business-driven results and successful outcomes are achieved. In addition, S/he is responsible for ensuring that all assigned programs, projects, and initiatives are well defined, planned, tracked, completed and communicated in a consistent manner to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
• In partnership with IT, manage overall P&O Technology Roadmap and the various initiatives already in-flight and planned to ensure the achievement of Roadmap objectives.
• Oversee administrative, operational, and financial aspects of program/project performance
• Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize stakeholder buy-in and user adoption
• Understand P&O business strategies, challenges and priorities while understanding and collaborating with IT, Finance and other functional teams
• Help to define and facilitate the governance process for P&O technology
• Provide updates and report on various P&O initiatives to the P&O Senior Team and other stakeholders
Knowledge of:
• Knowledge of various project management principles and PMO practices, include agile methodology
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Familiarity with HR technology solutions including Workday, ServiceNow and Cornerstone
• Microsoft suite of tools (Office, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.)

Qualifications:
• 7 - 10 years of experience in HR Technology, project/program management, change management or related discipline
Bachelors Degree
