Director, Creative - Worldwide Marketing Partnerships

Role:

The Worldwide Marketing Partnerships team is responsible for securing and activating best-in-class marketing partnerships reinforcing the studio's marketing strategy and extending the reach of its film marketing campaigns. The team works with some of the largest and most powerful global brands (including Pepsico, Lexus, Papa Johns, Audi, General Mills, Kellogg's and more) to create memorable marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest for the studio's feature film slate. The Director, Creative - Worldwide Partnerships provides all creative related assets and direction to help secure deals and that the campaigns and creative execution are at the highest level.

Responsibilities:
• Creates and manages all film based creative for the department for use by brand partners to create best in class marketing campaigns- Assets created ultimately is used by the entire studio; digital, exhibitor relations, home entertainment, TV, LBE etc
• Collaborate with filmmakers, VFX, theatrical creative executives to create materials as early as a year prior to release to ensure all art properly represents the film
• Develop style guides and creative guidelines to ensure creative integrity of SPE IP is maintained
• Distribute creative assets to the sales team and partners with context and strategy of how the assets should be used
• Creates standout pitch materials that elevate presentations above the rest
• Creates the following: franchise Overviews and powerful film pitch decks in Keynote and PowerPoint, Sizzle Reels, custom brand-specific pitch concepts
• Guide and collaborate with brand partners to ensure best-in-class creative is achieved through all creative executions (print, AV, Digital, etc.)
• Provide creative direction and guidance to brands/agencies
• Hire and manage creative vendors
• Oversee creative budgets for all projects
• Manage internal sales team's creative needs
• Manage digital asset management system
• Maintain a creative grid to ensure everyone is aware of assets available and upcoming.

Requirements:
• Ability to create & execute ideas in an efficient, effective and organized manner
• Strong communication skills interfacing with clients and internal colleagues
• Strong presentation skills
• Must be detail oriented, proactive, organized and have the ability to follow-up often and in a friendly and courteous manner
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize large volumes of projects

• Ability to keep up with current trends in graphic design and editing

Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
• 5 years plus minimum Marketing, Promotions and Brand management in Studio or Entertainment Marketing specialty
• Must be proficient in Graphic Design including Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, Keynote, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong software, presentation and organization skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Documents, Mac and PC experience)
