Job Description
Creative Advertising Trainee Summer/Fall 2021

The Creative Advertising team serve as instrumental partners to our creative executives and filmmakers. The team focuses on the creation of domestic print, audio, visual materials and creative adds used in promoting feature films.
• Provide administrative support to EVP and team including meeting coordination, creating calendar invites, making reservations and travel arrangements
• Scheduling and preparing for meetings and handling calendar
• Updating expense reports and inputting purchase orders
• Assisting asset flow of a/v and print materials from various vendors. Creating viewing links of assets
• Pulling reference material to compile into research findings
• Transcribing notes from meetings
• Transcribing a/v materials
• Collaborating and working with other Sony departments
• Updating contact lists and making sure project files are up to date
• Other general administrative duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets
• Working knowledge of audio, video, and image files
• Managing, cataloging, and distributing, multi-media assets
• Strong communication, interpersonal and be able to multi-task
• Must be able to proactively troubleshoot
• Must be detail-oriented and organized

• Identify work priorities and requirements up-front and make timely decisions to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to work with all levels of management
• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and confidentiality
