Coordinator, Client Services

This role is a member of the Client Services team of Post Production Sound Facilities. The primary purpose of this role is to provide internal and external clients working on the sound stages boutique concierge services and supporting the complete post sound facilities team.

Duties:
• Greets clients of the Post Production Sound Facility
• Directs clients to assigned work locations
• Answers and directs incoming calls as needed
• Assist in the on-boarding of clients to receive proper parking locations and passes
• Handles drive on passes for client visitors
• Supports Post Sound Services in all matters pertaining to clients
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy at all times
• Restocks snacks, sodas, and water in areas assigned by coordinators
• Helps distribute meals and snacks to all post sound facility locations
• Picks up breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders as needed for stages
• Assists with scoring stages needs

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in entertainment/restaurant coordinating
• Must be experienced with computers; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, email and internet
• Able to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints in a high-pressure environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail are required
• Available to work weekends and various shifts
• Team- oriented and highly collaborative
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
