Analyst, Employment Contract Administration

ANALYST, EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION

As an integral member of the People & Organization (HR) Operations team, the Employment Contract Administration Analyst is responsible for all aspects of employment contract administration. The Analyst provides the highest level of client support and must have a commitment to quality, efficiency and customer service. The Analyst is responsible for liaising with multiple teams to proactively manage the drafting, dissemination and tracking of employment contracts and other related documents and data utilizing various HR systems.

Responsibilities
• Draft and manage employment contract related requests from start to finish to ensure timely execution.
• Administer all contract life-cycle transactions (including option notices, salary increases, expirations and special provisions) and act as a liaison between P&O Business Partners, Compensation Partners and the Workday Data Team to ensure that all Payroll related communications, processes and activity is delivered accurately and on time.
• Act as subject matter expert for all contracts company-wide, including coordination with regional and divisional operational teams to ensure timely updates and data accuracy.
• In partnership with P&O Operations Director, participate in discussions with Legal and other stakeholders to better operationalize and automate various processes.
• Prepare and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports. Collaborate with appropriate departments to handle special provisions.
• Prepare quarterly executive summaries and special reporting upon request by senior management.
• Perform regular and quarterly audits, and proactively identify and resolve issues in data, reports and processes.
• Manage Contract E-Library for P&O and Legal internal use and reference.
• Document and maintain contract administration procedures and workflows.
• Lead team member supporting project management of P&O's Robotic Process Assistance (RPA) initiative.
• Support other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, legal, finance, or other business administration or office environment required
• Proven track record of excellent follow-through on assignments; demonstrated commitment to getting tasks accomplished with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and team skills, ability to communicate well with individuals and in group settings, ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds, and a passion for excellence in customer service.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly identify issues and recommend resolutions.
• Must be able to manage confidential data and demonstrate sensitivity and respect when dealing with others.
• A self-starter with attention to detail, highly organized, ability to prioritize work, and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Required computer proficiency skills in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Proficiency in Workday and Access a plus.
