Administrative Assistant (6 months contract)
Based in
our offices in Seoul, Korea , this sales operations support position offers the right candidate an opportunity working and supporting all aspects of
our TV Distribution business. This is a great opportunity for a motivated candidate to join an innovative and collegial work environment.
What you will do:
• Oversee the censorship process to make sure the process complies with Korea regulation and company policy
• Ensure operational efficiency with support teams internally and externally, making sure scheduling, delivery and pricing are correctly executed
• Oversee our title performance including checking with digital pricing / promotional strategy for each account
• Support pre & post marketing activities
What you need:
• Minimum degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• No prior experience required; however knowledge of the Television/Entertainment business is a plus
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Good work attitude, proactive, independent; a good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
