Administrative Assistant II, Casting & Talent (SPT)

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support two SVP's in the Talent & Casting Department. The ideal candidate has a background of 1+ years supporting an executive in an administrative capacity in a casting office, agency, or a network/ studio. They will provide a wide variety of tasks including scheduling, managing phones, general travel and expense reports.

Qualifications
• Detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task
• Demonstrate proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prioritize and demonstrate time management skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to be resourceful & utilize Sony network
• Coordinate and schedule meetings
• Manage schedule, calendar, and phone
• Maintain and update contact sheets
• Handle occasional travel arrangements, reservations, etc.
• Generate , submit and track expense reports
• Schedule and run studio casting tests; edit & upload actor materials such as auditions and demos
• Ability to work well with executives, staff members, talent, and visitors
• Prepare presentations for internal/external meetings
• Excellent written (spelling, punctuati on, grammar) verbal and communica tion skills including telephone etiquette
• At ease in fast-paced, high energy, ever-changing work environment
• Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters, documents, and sensitive information
• Ability to recognize a need and take ownership of its completion
