Job Description

As a Specialist, Sales, Arista Records, you will play a key role in the Sales team by supporting the tasks needed to deliver music for our artists. Your role will include compiling, generating, and distributing daily, weekly and monthly sales figures, reports and campaign specific assets, managing delivery logistics for our digital releases with release planning, as well as some general administrative support. What you'll do:
• Track, organize and distribute key artist and release assets, including publicity photos, cover art, lyrics, ad units
• Planning and maintain detail on digital advertising and budget commitments
• Draft pitches for DSPs on upcoming new releases
• Generate retail marketing planners for internal use by sales and marketing teams.
• Helping setup and monitor pre-save and pre-adds for upcoming releases
• Assist in the creation of presentations for internal and partner meetings
• Assist in the allocation of advertising budgets
• Set-up and participate on retail sales/marketing conference calls while taking notes to distribute to participants.
• Manage and advise on delivery logistics and key metadata updates in coordination between the Sales and Release Planning teams.
• Work alongside the head of digital sales one off special multi-team projects relating to overall broader strategy, data analytics, metadata optimization, API integrations, and more
• Assist in coordination and submission of release information (including artist, title, upc, pricing, etc.) to ensure timely setup of product pages at Amazon.com.

Who you are:
• You will have at least 2 year experience with working knowledge in physical and digital music industry with prior experience in music and sales/distribution strongly preferred.
• An exceptional communicator with extraordinary time management skills.
• A proactive, intuitive, curious, self-starter who has strong problem solving, analytic, and interpersonal skills while being able to work independently.
• You will have the ability to manage time and priorities set and achieve goals and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
• An extremely organized professional and be able to create and maintain very strong business relationships.
• Must have prior experience with streaming services
• Must have a passionate commitment to music and artists and be available to attend evening showcases as required.
• Must be able to travel when/if necessary
