Job Description
As the Senior Coordinator, People Experience you will provide people experience operational/administrative support for assigned business units. This role will serve as an operational executor, partner, and business ally. The Senior Coordinator, PX will support People Experience initiatives and execute on tasks received from management. You will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an innovative, progressive, and diverse culture practices across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do:
• Learn the international side of the business to handle all PX operations needed and streamline the process.
• Be the go-to person for PX Ops questions and handle all employee onboarding schedules, i-9s, and exit interviews.
• Continue to partner with Global Technology as any changes occur across the org.
• Handle all PX administration for a team of PX Business partners. Responsible for all HRIS data related to employee and employee actions (new hires, promotions, transfers, contract increases, terminations etc.).
• Runs reports and gathers data as needed to support the PX Team.
• Responds to and answers day-to-day employee questions such as around policies, timesheets, Ultipro, etc.
• Conduct research and create modern presentations as needed.
• Ad hoc projects/events.
• Start meeting with assistant to manager level employees across the org and become their dedicated people partner. This will include regular check-ins.
• Become the ''program manager'' for The Orchard PX team, organizing all events and coming up with new initiatives.
• Own communications from the PX team (holiday reminders, IDPs, Performance Reviews instructions, etc.)

Who you are:
• Strong computer skills including Google Suite and Microsoft applications as well as the ability to pick up new computer programs/systems/applications quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to leverage these skills to ask questions and learn on the job.
• Ability to engage with all levels from entry to professional and senior executives within our industry.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work efficiently with demonstrated ability to operate proactively.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of professionalism and care for the job. Possessing good judgment and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Team oriented.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

New York Pay Range

$45,000 - $52,000 USD
