Job Description
We have an opportunity to join our fast growing Podcast division. This role as Production Coordinator involves working closely with entertainment and factual production teams. This role is working closely with our Associate Director of Podcast Production in NY and the Global Head of Podcast Production in the UK. There is also a team of 4 Production Coordinators in the UK you would be working along side. We plan for the production management team in NY to grow in line with the growth of the division so it is an exciting time to be joining the team.

What you'll do:
• Work with 4-5 teams of producers on multiple SME podcast brands to Provide administrative and internal process support to assigned production activities.
• Serve as production management contact to coordinate assets across marketing, publishing, and ad ops
• Initiate with creative teams all necessary production requirements involving production management, ad ops, business affairs, marketing, and accounting.
• Book travel arrangements for all productions, as needed for freelance crew members.
• Coordinate with Lead Producer for all scheduling and booking needs.
• Assist senior Production team when needed.
• Track expenses and payroll for all productions.

Who you are:
• Minimum of 2-3 years ofproduction experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent organization skills, punctual and used to deadlines
