Job Description
The Producer, Video Production will be responsible for commissioning, overseeing and managing entire projects (short and long-form videos, EPKs, video presentations, TV and Radio promos, occasional DVD/Blu-ray, online/mobile content, etc.) from the beginning stages of the ''idea phase'' through completion and delivery of the final master. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects from pre-production to post-production including creative matters, legal and financial issues and considerations and overall project management.

What you'll do:
• Work closely with product managers, artists, directors and management to develop creative concepts, source talent, facilitate assigned visual projects and manage the overall process for each assigned project.
• Contribute creatively throughout the production process (director and editor suggestions, comments on storyboard, video treatments, rough-cuts).
• Supervise visual and audio and edits of videos.
• Oversee the completion of editorial, mixing and mastering processes.
• Manage final delivery of elements and oversee all associated administrative, financial and legal details for completed projects.
• Generate trailers, promotional videos, etc for social media use.
• Resolve issues related to video projects.

Who you are:
• At least 6 years of prior video production experience including commissioning videos (from start to finish) and creating, maintaining and adhering to production budgets is required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Outlook, Quick Time and iTunes is required.
• The demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role within production process and instill confidence in artists/managers/partners/clients.
• They must possess superior interpersonal skills which will enable him/her to interact with a range of personalities and styles and be able to establish effective relationships at all levels inside and outside the organization (including artists).
• Must have strong working relationships with directors, photographers, illustrators, stylists, editors and other related industry personnel and a thorough knowledge of the music video industry. The ability to build and maintain good working relationships is a key element to the position.
• Experience managing difficult and unique personalities from a creative standpoint and client/artist.
• Some shooting and editing skills are required, previous vfx experience is strongly preferred.
• Needs a good working knowledge of the current music video landscape.
