Manager, Digital Sales

Job Description

Come to be part of the #1 Latin Label in the world. We are looking for an Account manager for the Digital Business team. It's an exciting role managing relationships with digital accounts, presenting music and identifying opportunities for our artists and repertoire.

What you'll do:
• You will be managing day to day digital content business with key streaming services reporting to the Sales director.
• You will be driving initiatives for our music to maximize sales and exposure.
• Develop strong relationships across multiple areas within our partners with different departments of Sony Music: artist relations, digital marketing, production, etc
• You will be monitoring daily performance and flag noteworthy indicators/ suggest optimization pivots based on initial data.

Who you are:
• 4+ years of prior experience in the music industry: digital music services, digital sales in record label, music distribution, or digital sales analysis.
• 2+ years on a manager level position.
• Conversational and written fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding and passion for Latin music genres including Latin Urban, Regional Mexican, and Latin Pop.
• Strong analytical skills with extensive excel skills.
