Job Description
The Premium Content Group specializes in Film, Television, Soundtracks, Podcasts and Gaming, and is looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support for senior executives, each of which handles a different area of the business (Business & Legal Affairs and Development & Production).

This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executives and your peers across the industry. This role will contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization and handles a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. What you'll do:
• Provide scheduling support including answering phones, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, arranging conference calls.
• Serve as liaison between the executives and artists, managers, attorneys, publishers, media, producers, internal staff, etc. Act as a gatekeeper as it pertains to calls and visitors.
• Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Arranging travel for frequent business trips and coordinating intricate itineraries.
• Create presentations and prep development materials for internal and external review.
• Assist in tracking submissions, production timelines, schedules, cuts, and other materials for all films. Maintain library of key documents.
• Revising documents and redlines, taking notes at meetings, uploading documents into company-wide systems, photocopying, scanning and ordering office supplies, etc.
• Keep executives organized and notified of urgent issues, such as company initiatives or music, film and TV news.
• Take on new challenges as-needed in order to have a more detailed knowledge
of the department and pipeline

Who you are:
• 1+ years of prior administrative assistant experience
• Extremely organized and detail oriented while working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology skills including ability to work within PC and Mac programs with specific skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Experience with and ability to utilize SoundScan, Mediabase, and additional charts
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
• Proactive, flexible and a strong decision-making ability
• Able to work independently and with little or no supervision
