Director, Artist Strategy-Human Re Sources (Urban Music)

As a Director, Artist Strategy Human Re Sources you will work alongside equally eager professionals with a passion for the urban genre! You will conceptualize, strategize, implement and lead both artist and corporate streaming, digital media and digital marketing initiatives for Human Re Sources.

What You'll Do:
• Manage the production and execution of digital service provider relations, social media relations and digital marketing campaigns on behalf of Human Re Sources and its artists.
• Craft pitches and secures streaming placements.
• Write and edit digital marketing content (i.e. ads, newsletters, blogs, emails, social media, presentations and digital campaign proposals).
• Construct digital advertising copy and social media call-out efforts.
• Build strategic streaming, digital media and digital marketing operational plans.
• Cultivate promotional relationships with brand agencies and non-profit organizations.
• Oversee creation of digital media and digital marketing materials.
• Conceptualize and oversee creation of content for artist YouTube, socials and media premieres.
• Land streaming placements.

Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years' of experience working in a strategic capacity at a marketing, music, or entertainment company
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of communicating a vision and roadmap along with the resourcing needs to achieve it; ability to operate successfully in a cross-functional environment, build relationships, and influence managers
• Ability to build strategic plans and execute against them within quantitative modeling, strategic thinking, and sound business judgment
• Prior experience presenting to executives and senior leadership
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and manage teams

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80k to $95k. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job
