Job Description
The coordinator will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Track Marketing + Audience Development team, providing marketing and administrative support across all aspects of the team, including playlisting, newsletters, SMS, websites, track & thematic marketing, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have a curious mind, with keen interest in digital marketing & technology, and a genuine passion for music & music culture. This role will report to the VP, Track Marketing + Audience Development.
What you'll do:
• Work alongside audience development team across various email marketing, SMS, fan acquisition, and web initiatives, ensuring all campaigns and updates are delivered in a timely manner and at the highest level.
• Collaborate with the track marketing team to manage and maintain multi-artist catalog playlists across DSPs, including updating artwork and curation, advertising assets, pitches etc.
• Attend daily data check-ins to assist with identifying viral moments for Sony's catalog tracks, such as trending sounds on TikTok. Contributing ideas to drive incremental consumption.
• Maintain and distribute various internal tracking documents e.g. the TikTok trends tracker which will be sent to key stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Familiarize yourself with various internal and external tools to assist in data analysis and research, compiling, updating, and distributing reports when requested.
• Assist in obtaining and managing digital assets for audience development, social, and advertising purposes.
• Set-up conference calls, coordinate meetings and compile and distribute meeting agendas ahead of time. Take notes in meetings and follow up with responsible parties to ensure action items are completed as agreed upon.
• Manage executive's calendar, book travel, and submit expense reports. Process invoices, generate POs and work with finance team to ensure timely payment of all invoices.
