Job Description
This coordinator role keeps our engines running and provides essential administrative support to 3 senior members of Sony Music's catalog dept – EVP Global Catalog, SVP Marketing and SVP Artist Relations. You are often the first point of contact to artist managers, senior executives, important partners and international staff so we're looking for a super organized coordinator who is good at juggling, communicating and keeping the senior team on track.

What you'll do:
• Schedule meetings, arrange travel, manage ever-evolving schedules and build presentation decks for 3 marketing executives
• Act as a liaison between the senior executives and a wide array of internal and external contacts including senior management, outside industry contacts, artists, artist managers, estates, etc
• Provide marketing campaign admin support such as processing invoices, generating POs, coordinate with outside vendors, managing budgets, coordinate plaque creations etc
• Prepare business expense reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Organize and coordinate large-scale meetings, conferences and unique artist/music events (virtual and in-person)
• Coordinate and distribute detailed meeting agendas as well as capture organized and accurate meeting minutes when required

Who you are:
• You need to have a minimum of 2 years of prior administrative experience in the field of marketing or a related field
• You need to be proactive, flexible, super well organized and a self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, and interpersonal skills, who can juggle multiple tasks, is extremely detail oriented and talented at prioritizing and time management.
• You need to be passionate about music and technology and have strong computer skills including MS Office (Teams, Keynote, Power Point, Word, Excel & Outlook).
