Job Description
Epic Records is seeking an Admin. Assistant, Release Planning that will provide administrative support to Senior Director, Release Planning & Production to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a wide breadth of experience managing clerical responsibilities.

What you'll do:
• Assist the head of Release Planning & Production, including maintaining the weekly release planning meeting invite, answering phone calls, calendar scheduling, shipping pre-release & sensitive physical product to partners, organizing physical promotional product at the office, and other various administrative duties
• Provide back-up support for other members of the department as needed
• Handle confidential pre-release assets and information responsibly
• Provide accurate metadata to other Epic and Sony departments, using discretion and being mindful of confidentiality
• Field audio/video promotional requests via AOMA and Promo Tool systems
• Create and schedule artist Merchandise products in the GRPS/CDS systems
• Create and schedule Ringtone and Ringback products in the GRPS/AOMA systems
• Create download code fulfillment pages with outside vendors and assign download redemption codes for Vinyl inserts and Promotions/Commerce contests
• Enter and track JIRA tickets for audio and video QC and upload to Sony delivery systems
• Enter keywords and YouTube descriptions for videos
• Work with the Video Promotion and Digital Operations to set up and maintain VEVO pages
• Help obtain credits and metadata information, at times entering and maintaining that information in the GRPS label copy system for digital and physical products
• At times oversee copyright and business affairs clearances for digital/physical products

Who you are:
• College graduate preferred with 1 year of previous administrative experience in the music business preferred.
• Flexibility in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.
• Strong and professional written and oral communication skills.
