Job Description
Columbia Records Film & Television Licensing handle all creative pitching and clearance for our frontline repertoire representing the entire roster across film, television, trailers, promos, sports, gaming, podcasts, apps, live stage and soundtracks. Our partners include the film studios, television networks, streaming services, music supervisors, trailer houses, editors, producers, gaming companies and the professional sports leagues.

The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Film & Television and will work closely with all members of the department to ensure that the team complete all set objectives. The Administrative Assistant is an ambitious, extraordinarily detail oriented team player who is both motivated to learn and highly adept. The right candidate respects and appreciates the great responsibility of representing Columbia recording artists within visual media.

What you'll do:
• Sort scheduling, handle meeting preparation, file expenses, and arrange travel
• Research/track potential film and television projects
• Submit weekly reports for upcoming project releases
• Create music blasts with audio/video assets, press releases, marketing details
• Maintain databases for artist management contacts and partner lists
• Oversee audio and asset management both internally and externally
• Update contacts, artist reports, airdate/media tracking calendar
• Manage guest lists/ticketing for shows/showcases
• Develop creative pitches for external partners
