Global Sales & Business Operations (GSBO) is the Sales & Operations division of SIE. The GSBO Strategy team is responsible for planning and directing strategic business initiatives within the organization. This is an exciting and challenging role with the opportunity to influence the entire GSBO organization and SIE as a whole. We're looking for a thoughtful and diligent research analyst with excellent business acumen. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

What you'll be doing:
• Completing interviews and secondary research, data analysis to support strategy development.
• Developing presentations and whitepapers summarizing research results.
• Researching industry trends and recommending areas for further research and study.
• Developing financial and market forecasting models.
• Analyzing and interpreting large business intelligence data sets to discover key insights to drive business objectives.
• Reporting the project status on a regular basis to the project manager or client
• Analyzing information, testing hypotheses and presenting recommendations to the team and Leadership teams across the sales organization.

What we're looking for:
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to effectively synthesize complex ideas into interesting and compelling written formats. Must be able to provide evidence from prior work on the ability to produce strong writing pieces.
• Preferred 2-3 years experience in the fields of strategy consulting, marketing, or the gaming industry.
• Advanced MS Office applications skills, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Project and time management skills
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Must be able to work autonomously and also effectively in an internal consulting role with a globalized team environment
• An ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a keen eye for detail – precision, accuracy, and very good attention to detail essential
• A natural aptitude for learning and understanding multiple systems and tools

Preferred Qualities:
• Masters degree with an experience in graduate level research
• Effective communication skills – being an influencing and occasionally persuasive person.
• Able to identify and develop opportunities to improve, innovate and/or pioneer new ways of working through continuous process improvement practices
• Knowledge of cloud computing & networking technologies for consumer services
• Experience in customer journey analysis & customer lifetime value analysis
• Experience in mobile gaming
