Job Description

Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Software Engineer 3 in San Diego, CA to orchestrate jobs to ingest, transform and store data in data warehouses. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience building data pipeline monitoring dashboards and data quality monitoring reports using AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk and Jenkins. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience creating robust, scalable, and extensible big data solutions using AWS and cloud-based services, including Kinesis, DynamoDB, Redshift, EMR, SQS, SNS, Lambda, EC2, and S3; designing and coding applications to deploy developed artifacts in cloud-based environments using Python, Shell, AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK; creating CD, CT and CO jobs in Jenkins; and writing scripts in Hive, SQL and Spark to prepare aggregated data sets based on business requirements.
