Skydance is seeking a Coordinator to assist the Head of Human Resources and help streamline processes for a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the entertainment industry and a strong background in HR practices!

Responsibilities
• Manage Head of Human Resources' calendar and schedules, coordinate meetings and appointments with both internal and external participants
• Maintain effective communication with internal employees reporting directly to the Head of HR, and external stakeholders
• Design and create presentation decks, reports and employee facing graphics
• Plan logistics for employee meetings, trainings, etc., including room reservations and technology set-up
• Provide general administrative assistance as needed, such as document creation, editing and tracking
• Process department and expense reports
• Takes detailed notes and able to summarize agendas, reports and presentations
• Coordinate detailed travel plans and itineraries
• Drive or support ad hoc projects as needed
• Uphold the utmost discretion and confidentiality

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• 2+ years experience in a role supporting Human Resources or 3-4 years related experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient with MS software including Word, Excel & Outlook; experience in Google Suite is a plus
• Experience with Photoshop and/or other graphic design applications preferred
• Highly resourceful and organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize workload, anticipate tasks, and meet deadlines in a calm and organized manner
• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

The hourly range for this non-exempt position in Los Angeles is $24.00–26.00. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
