Staff Producer

Job Description

As a producer you will use your expertise in video production, editing and editorial experience to deliver live remote productions. You should have experience building rundowns and timing out shows, editing and distributing video content with an ability to be creative and collaborative at the same time. A producer will serve as the 'last line of defense' on all video/audio elements while ensuring that all technical requirements are met in collaboration with the director and the rest of the crew. Additionally, you are up to date on sporting news and can work shifts on weekends and holidays when sporting events take place.

Responsibilities:
-Story/content sourcing and development: this includes building rundowns, timing shows/content blocks, and communicating across departments to highlight the best of Ballys Sports on a daily basis
-Backend distribution execution; formatting to required specs and overseeing the final deliverables with edit support staff.
-Manage freelance associate producers/directors with direct oversight of duties in both production and editorial space
-Manage staff and freelance talent assigned to productions
