The Storyline User Interface team is looking for an experienced frontend Software Engineer to help build the next iteration of a CMS platform that supports over 200 stations including local news operations, sports operation and OTT platform including The Tennis Channel, and STIRR. This is the place if you are interested in working on a powerful and efficient web-based CMS system that allows our Content Producers to curate various types of content and effectively deliver to a wide range of audiences on News and OTT (over the top television) devices.

We're looking for a self-motivated, top-notch Frontend React/JavaScript Engineer with a deep understanding of User Interface, Single Page Application. You have experience developing high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals, you are able to work independently with little supervision. You have excellent organization and problem-solving skills and experience working with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the team to develop features that are architecturally sound, performant, scalable, secure, highly available, testable, and reliable
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development li fe cycle
• Follow and adhere to quality standards and software specifications 
• Contribute to and actively participate in all agile team ceremonies 
• Collaborate with team members and other teams and contribute positively to the company culture 
• Operationally support your team's products 
• Participate in design and code reviews, following established quality and best software development practices 

Minimum Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years software development experience as a frontend engineer
• At least 2 years of experience with ReactJS
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Exposure to a modern native-cloud infrastructure and deploying services to them (AWS/Google/Azure)
• Strong knowledge of and experience with using web services, REST, and web protocols
• Experience with writing both unit and automated tests 
• Proficient with foundational developer tools (Git, Package Managers, Build Tools etc.)
• Experience working in an agile team and have participated in agile ceremonies
• Eager to learn new technology (e.g. NodeJS)

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Previous experience working in a continuous delivery workflow
• Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
