Senior Systems Analyst

Job Description

The Sr Systems Analyst will be the point of contact for coordination and execution of business requirements and solutions that rely upon Data. The role will have heavy interaction with business stakeholders, data owners and Data Service and IT integration points. The Analyst role will drive continuous process improvement through technology enablement, with a focus on driving improvements in business operations, through the reviewing and providing reliable and high-quality master data.

Responsibilities
• Identify specific business opportunities, and present recommendations by interpreting business metrics
• Facilitate business requirement workshops with the intention of improving standard operating procedures within Sinclair
• Promote the SAFe Agile program mindset by leading meetings according to the specific guidelines of the program
• Subject Matter Expert for Customer Master Data usage, standards, and integration.
• Responsible for all aspects of the customer data maintenance to support downstream usage and reporting of the data.
• Works to maintain the quality within MDM tools and ERP platforms.
• Work in a highly collaborative mode with other members of Commercial Operations, Sales, IT and other Customer Master Data owners and consumers.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and subject specific training of policies and procedures to data stewards and other business stakeholders.
• Meet daily operating requirements set by senior leadership.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, and prompt response time to any inquiries related to customer master data.
• Coordinate with internal and third-party data organizations to facilitate data management
• Provide support in any customer master data related projects and initiatives
• Attention to detail and reviews work to ensure compliance with data quality standards.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or commensurate experience
• Specific experience with Customer Master Data Management, or MDM solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to establish rapport with internal clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving/decision making skills
• Skills to perform research, root cause analysis and pro-active data monitoring to report and fix data quality issues
• Ability to deliver quality results on time, in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong Understanding of Business Process and data management.
• 2-4 years professional experience preferably within the broadcast industry
• Strong understanding of the SAFe Agile Process and Azure Dev Op's platform
• Experience with Tableau
