Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager – Live Sports Gamification to take the lead and drive decisions that will develop the strategy, planning and creation of a new interactive live sports watching experience. You will own the live sports gamification product roadmap and KPIs, while partnering with executives, UX design, developers, content programmers and other product managers to deliver a fresh, innovative and engaging gaming experience for audiences watching live sports programming. This high-profile position will be at the center of helping to create a new product line for Sinclair Digital.

This position is in Seattle, WA or US Remote Eligible

What You'll Do:
• Lead the definition of Sinclair Digital's Live Sports Gamification related product strategy, product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
• Develop a rich and working understanding of the user personas interested in playing games driven off live broadcast sporting events
• Lead the process to define annual objectives and key performance metrics for Sinclair Live Sports Gamification related projects and features
• Drive processes to align key stakeholders on the product's target audience personas, key features, release roadmap, KPIs, promotion strategy and monetization opportunities
• Develop a process for analyzing the performance of features against established KPIs
• Develop and maintain a process for identifying product features, maintaining a feature backlog and prioritizing feature development and releases
• Partner with UX design to develop and validate product experiences that maximize adoption and engagement from targeted audience persona populations
• Partner with product engineering to launch product features by delivering detail product specifications, product roadmaps and end to end go to market planning
• Partner with sales to identify and implement monetization opportunities
• Have a focus on user onramp features and core game loops that maximize user growth, user retention and LTV
• Represent Live Sports Gamification product management in all required steering groups and leadership meetings and processes

What You Bring:
• 10+ years of experience in product management
• 6+ years of game system design and/or experience managing games or content gamification
• 6+ years of experience working with B2C products and/or free-to-play games
• 3+ years of experience working with sports content
• 4+ years of experience working with OTT and live video products
• 3+ years of experience working with user registration and authentication systems
• Passion for analyzing games, game loops, feature onramps and content gamification
• Deep analytical skills with a focus on data-informed decision-making
• A demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or Pragmatic Certified a big plus
• Ability and willingness to travel for company business
