Job Description

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 3+ years hands-on experience within Salesforce ecosystem including and not limited to Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Customer Data Platform as a contributor, developer, or an architect
• 2+ years developer experience in a data engineering organization
• Strong communication skills in a fast paced cross-group environment
• Proficient in logical reasoning and analytical problem solving
• Understanding of best practices in data modeling
• Functional knowledge of SQL or SOQL

Preferred Qualifications:
• Custom Development experience as part of a Marketing Cloud implementation project that included Email, SMS, and Push channels
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or SFMC Personalization (Interaction Studio) platform
• Strong experience in SQL development and/or data modeling
• Maintenance and Operational experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Analytics Builder, and Automation Studio
• Experience in Amp, Server-Side Java scripting, Rest APIs, and Content Builder
• Experience in Marketing Cloud Connector and integrating with other Salesforce Cloud types
• Able to assist email team in creation of new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the platform
• Able to work in development areas that are new and with ambiguous requirements

The base salary compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $180,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
