Marketing Director

We are looking for a corporate Director of Marketing who will sit enterprise-wide and provide cohesion and best practices across all of Sinclair's corporate properties and future-forward initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this critically important position helps to strategically plan, organize and execute marketing for Sinclair's broadcast and digital businesses, including brand development, fan engagement, data collection, and performance support
• Manage and audit promotional merchandise inventory
• Manage corporate marketing budget
• Will prepare summaries, recap decks and proof of performance reports
• Support VP of Social Marketing Strategy and manage various social media campaigns across the organization from beginning to end:
• Concept
• Execution
• Reporting
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to align on marketing programs and work towards Sinclair wide KPIs
• Deep understanding of social media marketing and how to tap organic channels to drive cultural relevance
• Serve as point person on relationships with internal departments

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years overall experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills are required
• Superior attention to detail is needed as well as excellent relationship building skills
• The ability to multitask and work effectively with changing priorities and deadlines is essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is necessary
• Superb oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are required
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to achieve outstanding results, ambition, and grit

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
