Job Description
Compulse Integrated Marketing, the creative agency arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to assist on and efficiently lead the day-to-day management of key client accounts. This candidate must be proactive, a multitasker, positive and solution driven. They must have digital background experience and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while meeting client goals. Hybrid role.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist the Digital Account Managers and entire account management team with support of key client accounts. This includes but is not limited to effectively launching, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of campaigns
• Manage the day-to-day optimization of multiple low to mid-tiered accounts with campaigns running digital products such as OTT, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and programmatic
• Resolve issues by taking the appropriate action, and knowing when to escalate issues to a management level
• Work with the agency's vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns
• Must become well-versed on the agency's digital offerings and developing and understanding media plans
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance and retain knowledge of products, processes, reporting, business reviews, quotes and campaign management
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal and external clients
• Must be able to work efficiently within the company's software applications
• Must be comfortable participating and engaging on camera for company/team/client zoom meetings
• Must be able to collaborate with internal teams and stations and at times train other members of the team as needed
• Must be a team player
• Other agency duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum two (2) years experience with digital marketing products including programmatic, social media, Search and OTT
• Requires a highly professional communication skill set, including excellent grammar, copy-writing, spelling accuracy, and excellent phone & conversation skills
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
• Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, and be proficient in finding solutions and diffusing angry or upset customers
• Must have strong listening skills, and be empathetic and able to effectively relate to clients
• Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office products
• Must be able to work remotely and time manage efficiently and independently
• Must be available by phone, email, IM and video calls
• Must be organized, and excel at multi-tasking
• Must be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be solutions oriented and take a proactive approach in implementing them
