Job Description

We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Enterprise Transformation team. In this role the Process Improvement Specialist will assist Enterprise Level Transformation projects in process analysis, process mapping, data mining, communication, and change management.

Responsibilities include:
• Work with Enterprise Transformation teams in the strategic improvement of business processes across sales, operations, finance, human resources, and IT.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop process maps that serve as accurate representations of business processes.
• Improve business processes to eliminate waste, increase velocity, improve quality and reduce variation.
• Conduct data analysis using business intelligence tools.
• Facilitate meaningful 2-way communication with all stakeholders.
• Maintain project requirements documentation for multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and a high degree of complexity.
• Prepare reports and presentations.

Required:
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma or Lean Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency using process mapping software (Visio, iGrafx, Draw.io or equivalent) to create detailed maps of business processes.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos or equivalent business intelligence data analysis software.
• Experience leading process improvement teams.

The preferred candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer information systems, computer science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience mapping enterprise level business processes.
• Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written skills for use in writing detailed business requirements and presenting solutions to other team members.
• Familiarity with Project Management processes and procedures.
• High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous exposure to software development environments.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working effectively in remote assignments.
• Available to travel if needed. Less than 30%.
• Experience with ISO and CMMI operating standards a plus.
