We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager – Audience Data to join our fast-paced Sinclair Digital team and lead a team of innovative product managers working to define and deliver industry leading media, sports and entertainment products. This position is in Seattle, WA or US Remote Eligible.

What You'll Do:
• Recruit, lead, manage and develop a group of product managers to define Sinclair Digital's audience data related vision, product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
• Lead the process to define annual objectives and key performance metrics for Sinclair Digital's audience data related projects and features
• Establish product management processes that standardize the definition of product requirements
• Lead the Audience Data product group in defining vision, product roadmaps and go-to-market activities for Sinclair Digital's data related projects and features
• Perform as the key point of contact and communication lead for audience facing data programs to include: audience registration, recommendations, data compliance and user preferences
• Manage the assignment and delivery of Initiative projects by the Audience product team
• Represent the Audience Data product line in all required steering groups and leadership meetings and processes
What You Bring:
• 10+ years' experience in Product Management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years' managing and developing product management talent
• 10+ years' experience managing digital products and/or technologies
• 7+ years' experience planning data related products, platforms and/or technologies
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
• A demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or Pragmatic Certified a big plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel for company business
