Job Description
Stadium is the original multi-platform sports network featuring exclusive live and on-demand games and events, extensive highlights, classic games, original programming, and daily live studio programming. Stadium includes a 24/7 linear feed distributed across both digital and broadcast platforms, as well as a comprehensive array of on-demand (VOD) digital content including additional live games and events.

The Graphics Operator is responsible for executing the planning and implementation of graphics for live and pre-recorded broadcast presentation of Stadium studio shows, ensuring that the overall vision and execution of the daily live shows is produced error free while operating the Xpression graphics system. This position will report directly to the Studio Operations Supervisor at Stadium.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:
• Execute the planning and animation of graphics during live and pre-recorded studio shows
• Designating graphics channels and layers on the fly at times
• Build graphics with Xpression
• As necessary, attend training arranged by Stadium, for graphics software and hardware
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to import, edit, and create transitions and templates for use within the Ross switcher and Xpression graphics system
• Assist, as needed, with other areas of studio production, including audio
• Maintain a professional approach and demeanor at all times, including while interacting with crew, talent, producers, and staff in general
• Help create a positive team-oriented atmosphere amongst the crew

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a graphics operator in a live broadcast control room setting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Strong familiarity with INEWS
• Experience with Ross, specifically the Xpression
• Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast paced, ever-changing, unscripted, graphics intensive, live production atmosphere
• Deep knowledge of professional and collegiate sports
• Overall understanding and knowledge of studio-based production
• Ability to think quickly and communicate clearly under pressure
• Must be flexible with hours, willing to occasionally work nights and weekends
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be a team player with positive attitude
