Job Description
National Gambling/Fantasy Sports Television Producer will prepare, format and line produce a daily lunchtime live show. The ideal candidate is fluent in sports betting and fantasy sports content.

Major Responsibilities/Activities
• Produce live sports fantasy/betting shows for both linear and digital.
• Lead daily show meeting with talent, production team and different departments
• Ideate and collaborate with talent and show staff on the editorial direction of each show
• Prepare the rundown and line produce each show
• Adapt to late-breaking news and effect on the presenting Sports Book's odds by changing format
• Work closely with on-air talent to achieve highest level of performance
• Provide pre and post-show performance feedback and critiques as needed.
• Integrate social media and interactivity in all shows
• Guide graphics producers and create graphics in templates as needed
• Communicate support needs with application staff, graphics, associate producers, editors and
• Management of footage, music and photo rights management, brand integration
• Perform other duties as assigned and required
• Work weekends and holidays as required by assignment

Minimum Requirements
• Fluency in sports betting with an absolute understanding of money lines, spreads, prop bets; etc. We are looking for a subject-matter expert.
• 5+ years' experience in live line producing of fantasy sports TV or digital shows (sports betting shows is a plus)
• Ability to produce, communicate, lead and provide feedback for on-air talent
• Background to line produce live shows to time
• Must have a high level of creativity, energy, innovation, and flexibility
• Excellent organizational skills are required
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across various departments
• Experience with INEWS or comparable show format system
• Strong understanding of social media and its application to sports media
• Open to feedback and critiques of your work
• Availability and willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting, Media, Journalism, Digital Media or related field preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in an office environment with moderate noise
• Ability to perform computer work for an extended period of time
