Director, Platform Partnerships (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced Director, Platform Partnerships whose mission will be to act as the strategic partner to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing long term customer engagements. Key areas of focus will be driving value add, adoption and growth of our solutions. You will report into the VP of Client Services and will be their trusted partner in defining growth strategy, optimizing customer service models, resourcing needs, improvement & retention tactics, and in implementing processes and technologies that scale. You will focus on maximizing the value of our solutions with our individual customers.

Responsibilities:
• Growth of digital revenue for both the clients and Compulse
• Develop trusted relationships with market leaders and digital sales leaders to ensure they get the maximum value from our solutions and maintain their subscriptions and services
• Identifying new growth opportunities
• Present digital capabilities and strategies to markets and/or seminars
• Ability to help with complex RFPs
• Provide business intelligence on market size, average market sale, and more
• Research and stay current on digital trends
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Collaborate effectively with the Sales to develop existing accounts and achieve client goals and objectives
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Develop standard methodologies within Client Services, collaborate with Product Marketing to develop effective training collateral and customer facing guides, and train and onboard new Account Managers
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of client-facing experience required
• At least 3 years in a digital marketing agency or publisher and ad tech platforms
• Strong understanding of Digital Advertising Metrics & Expectations
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
• Consistent track record of growing accounts by developing a strong relationship with clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending the best strategies for implementing solution
• Expertise in working online advertising or a SAAS platform is a plus
• Past experience in mentorship roles either personally or professionally is preferred
