Job Description
As Director of Loyalty Rewards you will play an integral role in supporting Sinclair's Direct to Consumer (D2C) gaming growth and success within the Consumer Products Team. This is a key role in delivering a high-priority, high-visibility, emerging initiative for the company. You will be a key player in a growth area as we transform our organization into both a technology-focused corporation as well a major force in the newly-legalized US Sports Betting market.

Duties & Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
• Build, manage, and enhance our Loyalty Rewards Program to exceed business KPI's, including customer engagement and revenue targets
• Proactively articulate and manage strategy & execution of our Loyalty Rewards Program's vision, promotion, and budget
• Implement and manage strategies & processes to maximize measurable value for our clients
• Develop and execute retention & reactivation campaigns, including executive and cross-functional reporting on results
• Identify and grow opportunities within our client base and collaborate with sales teams to ensure maximum growth
• Demonstrate continuous improvement on existing tasks/processes of our Loyalty Rewards Program
• Propose and execute on innovative approaches to attract and retain our customers to program offerings

Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or relevant work experience
• 5+ years' experience in Loyalty Rewards Program management
• Previous hands-on leadership in implementing client acquisition and retention strategies
• Strong work ethic
• Is accountable, works smart, and pushes self and others for results
• Relates and works cooperatively with people across all levels to achieve shared goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Innovative and comes up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique
• Track record of grassroots networking and lead generation experience
• Strong time management skills, creative problem solver and self-sufficient worker
• Experience using Salesforce
• Excited to thrive in an emerging market

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $225,000 to $250,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for Colorado and New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules as well as the NYC Salary Transparency Laws . Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location
