Digital Operations Coordinator

Job Description

In this role, you will:
• Create reports around key initiatives and overall product performance
• Verify consistent collection of digital data ahead of product releases
• Assist with the production of actionable insights to support product and content decisions
• Watch and monitor live Bally Sports games across the suite of digital products
• Quality control of Bally Sports digital products across a variety of platforms including web, mobile web, iOS, Android and connected devices • Documentation and escalation of product issues as it relates to the consumer experience of all digital products
• Address or highlight business issues related to Bally Sports digital products and communicate and collaborate with the appropriate teams regarding issues with any of the digital products
• Identify product and/or design flaws to be addressed by the Product Development teams
• Monitor message boards and social media outlets and report on fans positive/negative feedback relating to our products

We are currently hiring for the evening shift
- 6pm to 2am

Entry level ok.
