Job Description
This position will manage contracts, campaigns, sales plans, and campaign management for the Sinclair Sports Group. The entire campaign lifecycle from pre-sale to post sale will be your primary responsibility. This will include contract order entry, campaign fulfillment and coordination with critical team members and leadership. This role is critical for post sales fulfillment for our Sinclair Sports Group team. In this critical role, you will be the digital expert on the processes, opportunities, and products that Sinclair offers our national clients – cross-brand. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across all Sinclair properties, communicating with Account Managers, Sales, and leadership to ensure order entry accuracy and campaign delivery, and supporting sales & operational goals and objectives. You will track and manage all running sponsorships, available sponsorships, and close ratio for SSG. You will be key in the success of SSG.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain full understanding of Sinclair's cross-brand, cross-platform products – Digital (and with partial Linear when Branded Content is present)
• Coordinate with Account Managers for SSG to support the lifecycle of campaigns (pre-sale and post-sale needs)
• Book and Submit contracts within billing systems at time of sale (WO/OSI)
• Providing reporting and campaign analysis to sales as needed
• Manage inventory forecasting and campaign pacing for optimal campaign management for house of brands
• Work with Account Managers for creative assets and third-party implementation as needed
• Launch, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns in Ad Server (Google Ad Manager) as needed – communicating with Account Managers throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Support day to day SSG support and operational needs
• Understand and translate the digital ecosystem to sales driven professionals as the resident expert

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years' digital advertising operations experience (GAM/DFP)
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML and JavaScript, prebid.js or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of billing systems a plus
• Ability to coordinate and communicate across multiple teams to deliver the desired outcome
