As a Data Governance Analyst at Sinclair, your main goal is to generate insights from the combination of external data, client data, and Arena generated data. You will play an active role in MDM entities, engaging with business units, expanding engagement, and supporting ongoing operations.

Responsibilities
• Improve Business Intelligence products for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
• Create data visualizations that provide actionable insights for customers and internal teams
• Ensure data integrity amongst different data sources and standardize measurements and definitions
• Execute process improvements, simplification, and automation
• Perform ad hoc analysis for customers and executives as required
• Perform testing of MDM changes and implementations

Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills with dealing with a diverse set of business and technical stakeholder
• Aptitude in generating insights from diverse data sets.
• Good data intuition and narrative story-telling skills.
• Energetic with excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical jargon in multiple ways so all users can understand.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Extreme attention to detail with documentation and note taking.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Informatica
• Experience in working in an agile environment
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
