Compensation Analyst

Job Description

Sinclair is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support and administer our compensation function and take ownership on various compensation matters. Enthusiasm, great communication and attention to detail are must have attributes for this position.

Duties and responsibilities, include but not limited to the following:
• Participate in salary surveys
• Benchmarking
• Respond to requests for compensation reviews and provide recommendations
• Maintenance of compensation and job data within HRIS systems
• Conduct compliance reviews and audits
• Classification/job evaluation, including job structures, job levels, job competencies, grades, job descriptions, and EEO-1 categories
• Support in the administration and development of compensation practices and policies
• Analyze data and prepare reports
• Provide data and system support in other functional areas of human resources, such as benefits administration, HR reporting, and personnel records
• Other tasks / projects as assigned

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related program of study
• Experience with compensation work, HRIS systems, and general administration of HR and processes
• Strong analytical skills, able to work independently and have excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
