Account Services Specialist- Drive Auto

Job Description

Sinclair Digital Group is looking for an Account Services Specialist to join their group, and serve as the subject matter expert for our Drive Auto team. This position will assist the Head of Account Services in rolling out new protocols and processes to immediate team and internal customers. This position can be based in either our Hunt Valley, MD office, or Lafayette, LA office.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head of Account Services in rolling out new protocols and processes to immediate team and internal customers
• Play a key role in identifying and communicating successes, challenges, and solutions to internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients
• Act as a support layer for technology and process training and education
• Identify conflict, problem solve, support client campaign crisis management
• Assist in appropriately managing new accounts and initiatives, product launches
• Work with internal teams to compile and deliver industry insights, technology updates, and other important resources
• Work closely with sales management and corporate staff to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales and operations
• Act as a backup or temporary Account Manager by seamlessly taking over client accounts as needed
• Basic platform quality control and audits

• Some digital marketing, technology, and automotive knowledge and experience will be beneficial to your success
