Simon & Schuster Children's Publishing is searching for a Digital & Social Marketing Associate (Teen) to manage our teen-focused social media channels, RivetedLit.com website and weekly Riveted by Simon Teen newsletter as part of our digital marketing department. The Digital & Social Marketing Associate (Teen) will also work closely with the Senior Digital & Social Marketing Manager (Teen) on developing and executing digital marketing plans for all young adult titles.

Job responsibilities include:
• Daily management of @SimonTeen social channels, including planning and posting content, writing copy, engaging with followers, maximizing reach and growing audience
• Serving as primary editor of RivetedLit.com, S&S's online community for teen readers and lovers of YA novels, including monthly content planning and site organization, writing posts, managing editorial board meetings, soliciting content from in-house contributors, and preparing the weekly Riveted by Simon Teen newsletter
• Creating native social content such as Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, Instagram photos, TikToks, memes, and any other photos/videos for use on social media channels
• Executing title-specific digital marketing campaigns and maintaining up-to-date digital marketing plans for YA books

Please apply if you meet the following minimum requirements:
• 2-3 years of job experience in social media or marketing role
• Understanding of and passion for social media and high comfort level with all major platforms (Instagram Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Demonstrable knowledge of the YA publishing landscape, including competitive environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
