Simon & Schuster is seeking a Senior Production Editor that will be responsible for the scheduling, trafficking, and production editorial work of approximately 80–100 titles per year. The imprints that this person would work with produce board books, novelty books, picture books, middle-grade fiction and nonfiction books, and graphic novels.
Strong copyediting, proofreading, and organizational skills are needed to ensure quality and timeliness of books.
3-4 years of book production editorial experience is required
Must have the ability to supervise freelancers
Excellent strong Mac and InDesign skills are required
