Liaison between sales, imprints and clients for sales material solicitation and distribution. Includes the coordination of seasonal kits for sales and accounts. Maintains the material process that includes preparing master grid and critical date's timeline, managing inventory at fulfillment house and scheduling mailings to over 200 accounts each season. Maintains critical dates in Publisher Portal. Supports Meeting Manager on agenda preparation, communication and title presentations for over 30 Sales Meetings per year. Create digital catalogs, prepare PowerPoint presentations and update the Simon & Schuster Edelweiss landing page.
• Education: BA or BS
• Previous Experience: Support experience in retail or office.
• Skills: Ability to plan, organize & prioritize a varied workload; Strong organizational and project management skills; Detail Oriented; Website Design Knowledge; Proficient in Excel; Eager to Learn; Effectively communicate with all levels of management.
