The coordinator will possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management allowing them to assist with the reconciliation of inventory variances between WMS and UOPS. The coordinator may also provide support to supply chain and operations. It is important that the candidate is a self-starter, a quick learner, and enjoys working in a team environment.
DUTIES:
• Work with the Inventory Analyst to review inventory variances
• Perform Wholly Owned & Client inventory adjustments
• Provide ad hoc inventory analysis
• Perform miscellaneous adjustments in UOPS
• Generate inventory comparison reports between WMS and UOPS
• Reconcile variances
• Work directly with the Warehouse Inventory Teams to process adjustments
• Process Destroy requests
• Reporting responsibilities
• Assist with special projects as required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting/Finance and/or Supply Chain Management or significant relevant experience
• Proficient knowledge of creating queries in MS Access
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, SQL Management, etc.)
• Ability to learn various systems (WMS, UOPS)
• Strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Detail oriented with the ability to apply reasonability checks in validating the work
• Ability to meet deadlines and schedules
• Must be flexible to accommodate business needs
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and peers
SCHEDULED WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
