Job Description
This Coordinator will provide support to the Multiplatform team! The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• The Coordinator will report to the Director of Multiplatform Programming to schedule content for BET On Demand and assist with BET Her On Demand, BET.com and the BET App.
• Responsible for metadata entry associated with content scheduled across various platforms, including Linear, On Demand and Digital.
• Act as a liaison with Linear, Multiplatform Scheduling, Ops and Digital teams to track title schedules and key dates for delivery, start dates, etc.
• Create C3 encoding options for linear premieres
• Create monthly site-specific grids for 30-day and 90-day partners
• Schedule Quarter Refresh content to various partners
• Create DSIDs for short form content
• Make change orders to existing schedules
• Review proxies for approval

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS required
• At least 1 year of previous coordinator experience

Additional Qualifications:
• Strong communicator who can work effectively with multiple teams
• Demonstrate good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
• Proven communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal form
• Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines
• Solid experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
• Highly collaborative, resourceful, quick thinking, curious, able to follow through with tasks from beginning to end, calm manner and good sense of humor
