This administrative position supports the VP, Director of Marketing & Publicity. In addition to administrative duties for the department which include manageing calendars, expenses, meeting prep, etc., this role also creates PowerPoint decks for account meetings, coordinates materials for weekly sales & marketing meeting, handles agendas and notetaking for meetings departmental meetings, submits invoices for department, Bookscan access for department, manages and updates various distros and data bases, and spearheads additional projects as needed.

To be considered for this role you
• Should be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to problem-solve.
• should have 1-2 years experience assisting someone in a management position.
• Must be able to work independently and set priorities.
• Must have strong computer skills; Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint are essential; Design skills a plus
